We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Consultant to join our team at Penhaligon's boutique with Harrods Salon du Parfum. As a Fragrance Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals by providing a personalized in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our fragrance portfolio, including raw ingredients and extraction methods.
  • Elevate and entertain clients by creating a unique in-store experience.
  • Build and craft new and existing entrepreneurial methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of revenue forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail, preferably within Fragrance, Beauty, or Luxury.
  • A genuine love of people, relationships, and sharing.
  • An enthusiastic and ambitious attitude to achieve personal goals.
  • A passion for our products and our brand.
