Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Product Development Manager to join our team in Pilsworth, BL9 8RR. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing the design and development process to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards while also driving margin improvement and sustainability initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving intake margin improvement through garment engineering and fabric selection to ensure best possible prices without compromising relevant quality levels;
- Developing and implementing sustainable product development processes aligned with our Textiles 2030 goals;
- Managing size spec setup, graded size charts, and tech packs to ensure continuity and consistency across all product areas;
- Approving sample fit, inspection, measurement, and comments throughout the development process;
- Collaborating with suppliers to manage fabric testing and care label development;
- Ensuring product quality meets relevant standards by working closely with our QC team and warehouse.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in fashion product development, preferably in a senior management position;
- Strong knowledge of garment engineering, fabric selection, and sustainability practices;
- Excellent communication and project management skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as fashion design or management.
