About the Role:
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading a team of five Resident Engineers in a 24/7 operation to support our automated system. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing maintenance teams and will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance operations and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our H&S team to establish best practices across all aspects of the site.
- Manage and develop the Resident Engineers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Spearhead the development of a World Class Maintenance Regime, including planning and executing all preventative maintenance using CMMS.
- Maintain high system uptime in alignment with KPI targets.
- Oversee asset management and ensure service records for all equipment are up-to-date and complete.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in an automation and production line environment.
- Strong technical background, with proficiency in PLCs, HMIs, and automation systems.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a high-performing team.
- HNC or equivalent, ideally with an electrical bias.
- Experience with Health & Safety regulations, ideally with IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.
