We have an exciting opportunity for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our team in Enfield. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support for children with SEN.
Job Summary:
This role involves providing one-to-one and group support for children with SEN, assisting in implementing tailored learning and behaviour plans, and promoting emotional and social development. You will work in a variety of primary schools across Enfield, adapting to new settings quickly and bringing energy and a proactive approach to each school.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with SEN, including those with autism and complex needs.
- Assisting in developing and implementing individual learning plans.
- Providing emotional support and promoting independence and confidence in pupils.
- Communicating effectively with staff, parents, and pupils.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who can provide high-quality support to our students. The successful candidate will be paid £80-£100 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
