Audit and Accounts Manager Opportunity

We are working in partnership with a highly successful and dynamic Chartered Accountancy Practice based in South Yorkshire to appoint an ambitious qualified accountant for the role of Audit Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, from growing owner-managed businesses to large groups of companies.
  • Lead audit engagements on-site, planning, budgeting, completion, and managing a team.
  • Prepare statutory accounts and provide exceptional client service.
  • Attend key client meetings and delegate, supervise, and review team member work.
  • Coach and develop team members on client premises, in the office, and remotely.
  • Contribute to marketing and growing the audit client base.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong audit experience.
  • ACCA / ACA qualified and currently working or recently worked within a firm of accountants at Assistant Manager or Manager level.
  • Demonstrate and share the firm's values: People matter, We care, and We have integrity.
