VANRATH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Antrim, Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring necessary resources are organized to meet project goals
- Monitor progress, taking necessary steps to ensure completion dates are met
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within budget
- Ensure all work is carried out to client specifications
- Manage project resources, including staff, labour, plant, materials, and sub-contractors
- Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress and problem resolution
- Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to and the contractual position is not compromised
- Monitor financial performance and take necessary steps to minimize costs
- Develop relationships with clients and participate in value engineering to maximize project contribution
- Maintain a high standard of safety throughout the project, adhering to relevant environmental and health & safety regulations and procedures
- Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
- Experience working on high end fit out projects
- Track record working as a Project Manager
- Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Great attention to detail, commercial acumen, and cost control
- Excellent management skills
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Able to commute to Antrim on a daily basis
