In this exciting role, you will play a key part in promoting roofing solutions to building surveyors, local authorities, and building owners. With a strong focus on refurbishment projects, you will inherit a significant project bank and pipeline of live projects and projects going through the tender process. Your experience in technical sales, combined with your ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, will enable you to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technically focused specification field sales with building surveyors, as well as experience in dealing with main contractors and approved roofing contractors. You will be open to building envelope associated products such as cladding, EWI, roof windows etc., as well as contractor backgrounds. Prior experience with either local authorities, building owners/end users may be beneficial, and surveying knowledge/experience may be useful.

A highly motivated, self-driven individual with a keen ambition to succeed and progress, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to travel and attend meetings as required. You will possess excellent communication skills, as well as strong negotiating and influencing abilities, and be hungry to learn.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary range of £50,000-£55,000 basic, plus uncapped OTE up to £85,000-£90,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a fully expensed Hybrid or Electric Car & Full Benefits.
