Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Services Sales Specialist to join our team at Radius Payment Solutions Limited. This role is strategically important to us, and you will be responsible for supporting both Account Management and Business Development Teams in cross-selling and upselling into an existing customer base and new logos.

As an IT Services Sales Specialist, you will provide specialist thought leadership, consultation, and solution recommendations to our customers, as well as acting as an evangelist for the Radius IT Services portfolio internally.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to exceed monthly Gross Profit targets by developing a sustainable pipeline of qualified and 'winnable' opportunities. You will engage with senior-level contacts to deliver confidence in Radius' capability and positively promote wider Radius Connect and Radius Group product portfolio within all customer meetings.

You will also ensure that company CRM is kept up to date at all times - close date, size of opportunity, sales cycle etc.

Responsibilities
  • Exceed monthly Gross Profit targets

Requirements

We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge of Microsoft licensing options and experience in selling solutions to SMB, CMM, and Large Enterprise customers across multiple verticals. You should have experience in selling IT Services, Managed Services, Cyber Security, Sharepoint, Exchange Migration, Microsoft suite of services (Azure, Office 365, Teams), Cloud, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery solutions.

In addition, you should demonstrate ability to self-generate opportunities, work in a team, and with virtual cross-functional team members. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, commercial acumen, and excellent sales and communication skills are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
