Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to join our client's team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the finance function, including preparing budgets, forecasts, and cashflows, dealing with auditors, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage relationships with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Play a key role in the implementation of an ERP system
- Provide financial guidance and support to the management team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience in a financial leadership role
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
