Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team as a Territory Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring compliance with product agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountability: Own your territory, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to national agreements.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management to understand their needs, supporting them to drive sales.
- Strategy: Boost brand sales through strategic business plans, ensuring product availability, and collaborating on effective secondary displays.
- Insights: Record field visit data to identify opportunities for improvement and performance enhancement.
- Training & Support: You'll work to align with both national and local agreements while making sure we meet head office standards for products, display locations, and promotions.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with agreements and provide guidance to retail partners.
Requirements:
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across your territory, including influencing key stakeholders.
- A solution-focused and positive mindset.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and able to feedback important insight.
- A full UK driving license.
