As a Senior Financial Crime Risk Specialist at Coopman Search and Selection | B Corp™, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Framework and Governance team in providing impact analysis for regulatory developments across the UK and EMEA. With a strong focus on financial crime governance, you will work closely with MLROs across the region to assess the impact of local regulations on the financial crime programme.

The successful candidate will have a degree-educated background or equivalent professional qualification/experience, with demonstrable knowledge of UK and EU financial crime regulations and legislation. Prior experience advising on regulatory developments is essential, as well as expertise in financial crime within a financial services environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are also required, alongside the ability to build internal and external relationships.
