This global role supports Group Insurance Director in a senior position within the group insurance function to provide effective insurance, risk management and compliance solutions to all Reckitt business entities globally.
- Placement and management of global major insurances programmes.
- Building relationships and liaising with insurance brokers in renewal process, projects and midyear activities.
- Provide support for acquisition and divestiture activities.
- Actively manage large complex claims.
- Be the group's insurance expert and respond to queries from the business and provide advice.
- Collaborate with members of other corporate teams including Finance, Legal, Environment Health & Safety, and Human Resources.
- Support Risk Management and Insurance activities across the group e.g. Property Loss Control, Contract Reviews.
Experience required in corporate insurance/risk management within a large commercial organisation or international insurance broker or insurer - minimum 8 years.
Experience of working on global insurance programmes.
Experience of placing insurance and full end-to-end renewal processes.
Experience of best practice global insurance, loss prevention, risk engineering and claims handling practices.
Broad technical insurance policy knowledge.
Effective communication, Influencing/Negotiation Skills, Integrity and trust, Priority setting, Analytical and Detail Focused, Teamwork, Project Management.
