Job Title: Health & Safety Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Manager to join our team at ATA Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for progressing our existing safety improvement plan and developing a new safety improvement plan for the following year. You will also be responsible for establishing a safety cultural development of the site and wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsibility for Compliance, Health & Safety, and Environmental for the entire site, delivering on agreed CAPEX budgets.
* Conducting full floor walks, ensuring promotion of a safety-focused culture and management of compliance.
* KPI reporting on total incident rates, safety observations, near misses, and systems certifications.

Requirements:

* Experience managing the Compliance, Health & Safety, and Environmental policies within the medium-heavy industry.
* A passion for promoting safety cultural development and compliance, with an interest in supporting the development journey of the site.
* Qualifications in NEBOSH and IOSH would be beneficial, but full training will also be provided.

What We Offer:

* £68,250 base salary with up to 15% performance-based bonus.
* 6% employer pension.
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
