Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Interim Fire Risk Manager to join our team at MMP Consultancy. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of fire safety across housing assets, ensuring services are maintained and improved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of fire safety across housing assets, ensuring services are maintained and improved.
  • Providing operational fire safety management functions for all Council-owned and managed housing assets.
  • Carrying out fire risk assessments across all of the council's housing stock.
  • Ensuring the FRA programme is delivered on time and to the required standard through the application of a quality assurance programme.

Requirements:

  • Specialist knowledge of fire safety legislation and its applications to housing.
  • A fire safety qualification.
  • A clear understanding of emerging fire safety and building safety legislation.
  • A demonstrable understanding of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Additional Information:

  • This is a hybrid working role.
  • The salary for this position is £345 per day (Inside IR35).
  • This role requires an estimated 36 hours of work per week.
