As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and young people in various settings, including Children's Residential, Post-16's Supported Living, Mental Health Units, Homeless Hostels, and Young People's services.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and care to our service users. You will work closely with our experienced Health & Social Care Consultants to ensure that our service users receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to vulnerable children and young people
  • Work closely with our Health & Social Care Consultants to develop and implement care plans
  • Support service users with daily living tasks and activities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
