Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join our team in Worcester. The ideal candidate will be a skilled Corporate dealmaker with a proven track record of leading on good-sized transactions. This role would suit a driven lawyer with a network of contacts and the potential for a strong client following, and someone who enjoys engaging in business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and corporate governance.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to manage corporate transactions and draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
  • Support team and firm growth through coordinating and engaging in business development activities.
