Responsibilities
  • Managing teams of auditors to deliver high-quality audits
  • Providing expert advice to clients on financial reporting requirements
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualification or overseas equivalent
  • Previous experience of managing people
  • Good working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements
Desirable Skills

A number of skills would be beneficial for this role including:

  • Sector experience appropriate to BDO audited entities
  • Experience auditing international groups and working with other worldwide BDO offices
  • Fluent in a foreign language such as French or Spanish
