BIM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join our in-house Design team in Inverness. As a BIM Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the BIM Manager with the development of relevant processes, templates, and models.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the BIM Manager in the development of BIM processes, templates, and models.
- Provide guidance and support to the Quality Assurance, Design, and Project teams in all BIM-related matters.
- Support BIM coordination on projects.
- Assist the design teams using Revit.
- Prepare BIM Execution Plans.
- Contribute to the development of the business BIM structure.
- Experience of working with 3D modelling software.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 and UK building construction fundamentals.
- Good working knowledge of Autodesk BIM 360, Revit, and Navisworks Manage.
- UK Driving Licence.
