About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Summergil House in Hereford. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting children and young people with autism, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the daily schedules and activities of our young people with autism
  • Collaborate with our education, care, and therapeutic professionals to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Maintain accurate records of resident progress and contribute to regular reporting and evaluation processes
