As a Reliability Engineer at Stirling Warrington, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. With a strong focus on Predictive Preventive Maintenance (PPM), you will identify potential issues before they become major problems, reducing downtime and increasing overall equipment effectiveness.

Your expertise in repairing and maintaining special purpose plant machinery, particularly conveyors, flowrappers, multi-head weighers, coders, palletwrappers, and more, will be invaluable in this role. Additionally, you will have opportunities to work on various projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £42,000, plus a 2% pay rise every April. Benefits include:
• 8 hour shifts with all overtime paid at a premium
• 28 days holiday, with an additional day off for every year worked (capped at 5 years)

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
• At least three years' experience repairing and maintaining special purpose plant machinery with an electrical bias
• Ability to read schematic drawings and electrical wiring diagrams, as well as change sensors and perform general fault finding
• Mechanical aptitude, including changing bearings, straps, and belts
• A manufacturing background in FMCG, Food, Metals, Recycling, Automation, Foundry, Brick, or Aerospace
