  • Marketing Budget: Manage a marketing budget, executing planned activities and monitoring costs to ensure we are achieving our marketing objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of success.
  • CIM Qualification: A CIM qualification would be preferred, but not essential.
  • Business Knowledge: An understanding of a manufacturing or distribution business would be highly advantageous.
Skills and Qualities
  • Employee Engagement: Experience in employee engagement, events, and traditional marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Expert level of PowerPoint and other presentation media, proficient level of MS Office.
  • Web Design: Knowledge of web design, video, or other creative software abilities would be an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Energetic, self-starter, result-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Team Player: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision, and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
What We Offer
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus dependent on the company's success.
