The SEN teaching assistant role in Newark will be full time with potential to go permanent at the end. This long-term role involves providing tailored support to students with a wide range of needs, including autism spectrum disorder, social emotional and mental health issues.
Essential Experience:- Experience working with SEN students, specifically with ASD/ADHD.
- Patience, empathy, and a caring approach to working with children who have complex needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate with SEN students and parents.
- Proactive and flexible attitude.
