The ideal candidate will possess a strong Team working mentality, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work under pressure. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring, and enhancing solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will also contribute to the development of new products and services, leveraging your innovative spirit and passion for technology.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum level of Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 5 years of industry experience in Infrastructure Technology analysis. Proficiencies in Data analysis and Technical knowledge are essential, along with a continuous learner mindset that stays up-to-date with industry knowledge and technology trends.

We offer an attractive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive shift allowance and rewards for outstanding performance.
