Job Description

The MRI Coordinator role plays a significant role in maintaining exemplary clinical standards and a high-quality patient experience. The locations for this role include our Modbury, Gawler, and Stepney clinics, and the successful candidate will coordinate MRI services across each of these clinics.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the coordination of MRI services across multiple clinics.
  2. Work closely with the Chief Technologist, Office Manager, and Area Manager to provide modality-specific services.
  3. Implement and manage modality-specific initiatives to improve clinical standards and patient experience.
  4. Monitor competency and proficiency, identifying gaps and liaising with Modality Chiefs to develop staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Medical Imaging) or equivalent qualification. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other medical and non-medical personnel.
