We are seeking a skilled Food Technologist to join our dynamic Technical team at The One Group. As a Food Technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Technical Managers with day-to-day technical tasks and managing critical paths to ensure all project deadlines are met.
  • Working with suppliers and customers to ensure that technical information, including specifications, nutritional data, and allergens, are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Preparing for key events such as product reviews, customer sampling sessions, and market reviews by gathering samples and completing required paperwork.
  • Conducting site audits and creating detailed audit reports.
  • Assisting with non-conformance investigations and implementing corrective actions.
