Job Overview

KO2 Embedded Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an exceptional Embedded Systems Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the company, you will play a vital role in driving the development of innovative medical devices that revolutionize IVD analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical devices, with experience in embedded C and C# tech stacks. You will be responsible for leading NPI, managing the transfer of medical devices into full production, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Your expertise in project management, technical requirements, and team leadership will be essential in delivering smooth project delivery.

As a medical device expert, you will work closely with the founding team to develop a UVD analysis device, including proprietary consumables and a digital analyser. Your ability to manage technical teams and external contractors will be crucial in ensuring the success of this project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead NPI and manage the transfer of medical devices into full production.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality management systems (QMS) to meet industry standards.
  • Work with an ARM system and embedded C tech stack to develop innovative medical devices.
  • Manage technical teams and external contractors to deliver project requirements.
  • Collaborate on the development of a UVD analysis device, including proprietary consumables and a digital analyser.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Embedded Systems Engineer in the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with embedded C and C# tech stacks.
  • Ability to manage NPI, production transfer, and validation processes.
  • Experience in leading teams and working on embedded systems for medical applications.
