About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be the public face of our charity partners, interacting with the public and securing regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with the public at various events, shows, and locations to promote our charity partners and secure donations.
  • Work independently to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the public, building trust and rapport to secure donations.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the mission and values of our charity partners.
  • Collaborate with our in-house venues team to secure prime locations and maximize fundraising opportunities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with the public.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
