Branch Manager

Travis Perkins is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Lydney branch in the South West and Wales region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a similar-sized store or branch and will possess relevant skills and experience. We are looking for transferable skills of Inspirational Leadership, Operational Management, Sales, Great Customer Service, and Commercial Acumen.

• Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive profitable business growth.
• Manage the full operation of the branch, ensuring it meets What Great Looks Like standards for safety, storage efficiency, housekeeping, and customer experience.
• Be in control of sales, margin, and overheads to exceed annual operating plan targets and deliver best-in-class financial performance.
• Set the tone and champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch, promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing.
• Lead, motivate, engage, and delegate to empower the team to deliver great service for our customers.
