Job Role

As a Children's Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and young adults in care, helping them to achieve their full potential. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children and young adults in all aspects of their lives, including educational pursuits and activities
  • Developing and contributing to positive outcomes that shape the future of children and young people
  • Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to implement safe practice and promote the wellbeing of children and young adults

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience working with children and/or young adults
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Child & Young People's Workforce (CYP) is desirable
  • An enhanced DBS, which we'll support you in obtaining
  • A Full UK Driving License (desirable)
