About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Creation Director to join our team at Premier Resourcing UK Ltd. As a specialist PR, Digital and Creative search and talent advisory specialist, we are committed to recruiting diversity from minority groups and promoting inclusion and diversity across all sectors we recruit in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and write content-first creative ideas and proposals that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Manage the agency's brand guidelines and visual identity across all social channels.
  • Script editing, development, and producing treatments and storyboards that showcase our clients' brands in the best possible light.
  • Project manage client accounts through all production phases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee and manage a creative content executive, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their role.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in creative content production, including creative strategy development, scriptwriting, and on-set direction/editing.
  • Experience in a fast-paced earned media agency, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in B2C and consumer lifestyle brand marketing.
  • Able to work in a collaborative environment and provide guidance to junior team members.
