Job Title: Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Administrator to join our client's team in Derry/Londonderry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Sales Ledger, ensuring timely payments from customers, and maintaining accurate financial records.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Sales Ledger administration, with strong IT skills particularly in Excel and Word. They must be comfortable working under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end Sales Ledger management
  • Assisting with month-end processes
  • Ensuring credit terms adherence
  • Resolving customer queries

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
  • 2+ years of Sales Ledger experience
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks

Salary: Up to £28,000 (room for negotiation depending on DOE).
