About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a LeDeR and Tackling Health Inequalities Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on improving patient care and reducing health inequalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to tackle health inequalities and improve patient outcomes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address areas of concern and develop solutions to improve care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and deliver training programs to improve knowledge and skills in tackling health inequalities.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure that they are effective in reducing health inequalities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of improving patient outcomes and reducing health inequalities.
  • Strong knowledge of health inequalities and patient safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
