**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Administration Assistant to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Occupational Therapy department, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective communication links with patients, carers, and relevant practitioners.
  • Support the Occupational Therapy team with administration tasks, including taking accurate minutes of meetings.
  • Utilize IT systems to upload and retrieve activity data for the service.
  • Assist with IT management of waiting lists and daily operational support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software.
  • Experience in administration or a related field.
