About the Role

The Commercial team at TUI UK plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering dream holidays for our customers. As a Commercial Apprentice, you will gain unparalleled insight into the planning, pricing, and selling of our TUI and First Choice holiday experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Commercial team in managing price, focusing on cost, and controlling the availability of our products.
  • Collaborate with hotel buyers, forecast travel trends, develop holiday brochures, and price holidays.
  • Rotate through three core commercial departments: Trading, Product Planning, and Aviation Planning.

Requirements
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English, minimum grade 4/C.
  • Excellent IT skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office.
  • Confidence with numbers – attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work with multiple priorities to meet set deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Happy to work both collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously using initiative where required.
