Job Summary:

Ace Centre seeks a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee the development and management of our clinical services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical professionals to ensure high-quality service provision.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address clinical needs and priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Person Specification:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech and Language Therapy.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and management.
  • Strong knowledge of AAC/AT assessment and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
