Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Apprentice who is eager to dive into the world of marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and develop skills in social media management, content creation, video production, website maintenance, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Manage, monitor, and grow all social media platforms. Create, schedule, and post engaging content that reflects our brand voice and resonates with our audience. Analyze social media performance and provide insights to improve our strategy.
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate fresh content ideas that align with our brand and business objectives.
  • Video Creation and Editing: Assist in planning, filming, and editing video content for use in marketing campaigns, social media, and on our website. Use video editing software to create polished, professional videos that enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Website Maintenance: Assist in updating and maintaining the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with our marketing goals.
  • Running Campaigns: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels. Assist in developing campaign materials, including emails, landing pages, and ads.

Entry Requirements:
  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
