About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Menswear Buyer to join our team at boohoo group. As a key member of our buying team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality menswear products that meet our brand's standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product development strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with our design and merchandising teams to ensure that our products are on-trend and meet customer demand.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to inform buying decisions and optimize product offerings.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and e-commerce teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to inform product development and buying decisions.
  • Work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a menswear buyer or in a similar role in the fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of menswear trends, products, and suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
