Job Title: Manufacturing and Process Operator

Senior Process Operator, Clean Room

Job Type:

Fixed term contract

Salary:

Up to £35,000 PA depending on experience

Additional benefits include 25 days holiday (pro rata) + BH, company pension

Russell Taylor is working exclusively with a Biotech firm who are expanding their facility and introducing new Clean Room lines.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the production lines.

Working within a Grade C,D Clean Room adhering to cGMP standards

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environmental monitoring
  • Ensuring batch manufacturing records are updated
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
  • Will have significant experience working in a cGMP facility with clean room experience (working as a Process Operative or Snr Process Operative)
  • Strong interpersonal skills needed for training and for liaising with stakeholders
