We are looking for an experienced Production Director to join our team at Everest People Solutions. This role is based in Bilston, UK and offers an estimated salary of £59,875 - £69,375 per annum. As a Production Director, you will be responsible for supervising direct reports, including QA Manager, Production Managers, Engineering Supervisor, and Hygiene Manager.

You will support the integration of new Wet and Dry Sides in factory operations, collaborate with staff to meet operational targets, and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards. Effective communication and team leadership skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the poultry or meat industry and proven experience in UK retail operations.

Familiarity with the DSITM Waterjet Portioning System is desirable but not mandatory. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the right candidate.
