About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Blue Boar, a stunning 17th-century pub in the heart of Chipping Norton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie who is committed to delivering exceptional food quality and service. As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Have experience championing excellent service through quality food.
  • Demonstrate a passion for producing fresh, high-quality food that delights our customers.
  • Be an active hands-on Chef de Partie/Kitchen Supervisor, leading by example and driving excellence in the kitchen.
  • Show a willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials, showcasing your creativity and ability.
  • Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, ensuring effective controls on GP and labour.
  • Take a proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth, engaging with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
