Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the development of girls' sport at Bredon School in Gloucestershire.

About the Job:
  • To develop and implement a sports program that meets the needs of each pupil, reflecting our individualised teaching philosophy.
  • To inspire and motivate pupils to participate in sports and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver coaching sessions for various sports, including team sports and individual activities.
  2. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and create tailored plans for each pupil.
  3. Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and development.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Physical Education or related field.
  • Experience in coaching and developing sports programs.
  • Ability to work with pupils of varying abilities and learning styles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:

£42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
