We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead the development of girls' sport at Bredon School in Gloucestershire.
About the Job:- To develop and implement a sports program that meets the needs of each pupil, reflecting our individualised teaching philosophy.
- To inspire and motivate pupils to participate in sports and achieve their full potential.
- Design and deliver coaching sessions for various sports, including team sports and individual activities.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and create tailored plans for each pupil.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and development.
Bredon School is a co-educational independent boarding and day school located in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside.
We offer a wide-ranging curriculum, with opportunities for outdoor education and adventure activities.
Pupils from diverse backgrounds come together to form a vibrant community, promoting happiness, health, confidence, and capability.
We hold accreditation by the Council for the Registration of Schools Teaching Dyslexic Pupils (CReSTeD) and DSP - Dyslexia Specialist Provision.
Requirements:- Degree in Physical Education or related field.
- Experience in coaching and developing sports programs.
- Ability to work with pupils of varying abilities and learning styles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
£42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
