Maintenance Equipment Specialist

Ingram Content Group UK Ltd, a leading provider of comprehensive inventory-free on-demand print and distribution services for books, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Equipment Specialist to join its Manufacturing team in Milton Keynes, UK.
The ideal candidate will have a strong electronics background and 2 years of equipment maintenance experience in a fast-paced production environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring the highest standard of equipment maintenance, performing preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical faults, and liaising with suppliers of production equipment.
The successful candidate will possess excellent diagnostic skills, organizational abilities, and a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical knowledge. A City & Guilds / NVQ or comparable qualification and 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS7671) City and Guilds 2382 qualification are desirable.

- Maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshooting - diagnosis of mechanical/electrical faults
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks
- Liaising with suppliers of production equipment
- Liaising with Production Manager and Shift Leaders on priority issues
- Source spare parts as required
- Maintain stock levels of critical parts in line with cost controls, repair parts, replacement recommendations
