Main Duties & Responsibilities

As a Chauffeur for Maybourne, you will be representing our esteemed hotels, providing exceptional service to our discerning guests. Based at The Berkeley and The Emory, you will be driving our guests to and from their destinations using our fleet of high-quality vehicles, responding to their needs, and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming service to all guests, adhering to our hotel service standards.
  • Receive, drive, and escort clients using vehicles from our fleet.
  • Maintain the vehicles in accordance with manufacturer requirements, UK Health and Safety law, and our company performance standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining an excellent level of service, meeting the minimum requirements of our LQA standards at all times.
Entry Requirements

Successful candidates will demonstrate a genuine dedication to Maybourne and a commitment to delivering consistent quality in our product and service. The ideal candidate will be a team player, a fast learner, adaptable, and possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Excellent driving skills.
  • Holder of a PCO Private Hire Drivers license.
  • In-depth knowledge of Greater London's topography.
  • Excellent knowledge of major landmarks, theatres, restaurants, etc.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong guest care skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility.
