Job Title: Executive Officer

We are seeking an experienced Executive Officer to join our team at Brook Street. As an Executive Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our procurement team, ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of procurement records, including contracts, tenders, and invoices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on procurement procedures and policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a procurement or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
