We are recruiting for a highly skilled and quality focused Registered Manager to lead our fantastic residential and supported living service in the Sheffield area.

This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Ensure the service is compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a residential and supported living setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
