About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Older Person Mental Health, Inpatient. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with functional mental health illnesses and dementia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan individualized care for patients with complex mental health needs
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Participate in audit and research to ensure best practice in Older Person Mental Health
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disabilities Nurse with current NMC Registration
  • Diploma/Degree in Nursing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate quality care
