About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our AWS Technology Advisory team. As a key member of our Cloud Advisory capability, you will be responsible for providing technology leadership on AWS technologies to our clients across various industry sectors, helping them navigate their cloud transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technology leadership on AWS technologies to clients across industry sectors.
  • Bring a strong technology focus to the client's transformation to AWS, covering the end-to-end journey from data centre exit planning to migration strategy, landing zone designs, and robust target state architecture.
  • Establish long-term relationships with CxOs of our clients, using your technical and professional credibility to act as a trusted advisor on their strategic direction, growth, and investment in AWS technologies.
  • Provide guidance to clients on technology trends and opportunities, including Gen AI, security, resilience, sustainability, and industry clouds.
  • Work and communicate with all levels of an organisation to collaboratively innovate, design, and implement transformations.
  • Bring an acute sense of market trends and the challenges facing our clients, to deliver lasting and sustainable organisation transformations.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of a top-tier consulting practice.
  • Contribute to our market offers, knowledge, and overall strategic goals.
About You

We're looking for someone with a strong background in transforming businesses through technology and transforming the way clients operate. You'll bring experience in cloud strategy and implementation for large and mid-size organisations on AWS, as well as broad knowledge across all areas of AWS, including Security, Data & AI.

You'll also have experience in developing cloud adoption strategy and roadmaps for clients on AWS, with an understanding of AWS CAF. Additionally, you'll have experience in large-scale migration to AWS, including landing zone build, discovery & assessment, intake planning, migration execution, and post-migration activities.

You'll be comfortable working in a technology-driven environment and have a proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, enlisting support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.

Whilst you will have London, Manchester, or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
