About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at TrustFord. As a key member of our aftersales department, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of technical advice, service, and maintenance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair a range of mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to customers and colleagues
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies
Requirements
  • Full valid driving license
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent
  • Experience working on electric vehicles and light commercial vehicles
  • Excellent engagement skills and ability to work effectively with customers
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a desire to progress your career
