Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct and repair all types of body work, including Beaver tail, platform, curtain side, and drop side bodies.
  • Carry out HGV body and chassis repairs, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Work with metals, steel, and aluminum, using various fabrication techniques to create and repair body components.
  • Repair and replace GRP panels and lightweight panels, ensuring a high level of finish and quality.
  • Fabricate, cut, grind, and fit various components, including body panels and chassis parts.
  • Prepare vehicles for refurbishment, including disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly.
  • Operate various power tools and equipment, including ladders and scaffolding, to access and repair body components.
  • Comply with relevant Health and Safety requirements, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Working Hours and Overtime:

  • Working hours: 07:00 – 15:30, Monday – Friday.
  • Overtime is available to meet business needs and customer demands.
