About the Role:

  • As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients.
  • You will work autonomously, making confident decisions and communicating effectively with patients and caregivers.
  • Collaboration with a multi-professional team is essential, ensuring comprehensive clinical care and effective discharge or referral of patients.

Requirements:

  • Registered Adult Nurse, Paramedic, or Pharmacist with the relevant professional body.
  • Minimum of 2 modules at Level 7, including Minor Illness & Minor Injury.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to formulate a differential diagnosis management plan.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and contemporary frameworks in out-of-hours care.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £62,484 - £72,865 (Band 8.b0) with 30% evening enhancements and 45% weekend enhancements.
  • Generous annual leave entitlement: 25 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing with service.
